The stamps in this listing are from Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Greece, Russia, Barbados, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and other nations. The sale was held for five days and netted $40,112.75, an astounding sum for that era. Included with the booklet is a laid in sheet of prices realized. Colonel Green also had a extensive coin collection one of the most valuable in the world. Some of his rare coins are still on the market today. Green resided at "Round Hills Farm" a mansion in South Dartmouth, MA which still exists today.
